ואהבת את יהוה אלהיך בכל־לבבך ובכל־נפשׁך ובכל־מאדך
והיו הדברים האלה אשׁר אנכי מצוך היום על־לבבך
ושׁננתם לבניך ודברת בם בשׁבתך בביתך ובלכתך בדרך ובשׁכבך ובקומך
וקשׁרתם לאות על־ידך והיו לטטפת בין עיניך
וכתבתם על־מזזות ביתך ובשׁעריך
והיה כי יביאך יהוה אלהיך אל־הארץ אשׁר נשׁבע לאבתיך לאברהם ליצחק וליעקב לתת לך ערים גדלת וטבת אשׁר לא־בנית
ובתים מלאים כל־טוב אשׁר לא־מלאת וברת חצובים אשׁר לא־חצבת כרמים וזיתים אשׁר לא־נטעת ואכלת ושׂבעת
השׁמר לך פן־תשׁכח את־יהוה אשׁר הוציאך מארץ מצרים מבית עבדים
את־יהוה אלהיך תירא ואתו תעבד ובשׁמו תשׁבע“Hear, O Y'shra'Al: יהוה our Allah, יהוה is one!
“You shall love יהוה your Allah with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might.
“These debaryim/words which I am commanding you today shall be in your heart,
and you shall impress them upon your yeledyim/children, and shall speak of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up,
and shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
“You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
“It shall be, when יהוה your Allah brings you into the land of which He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Yitshaq, and to Yaʽaqoḇ, to give you great and good cities which you did not build,
and houses filled with all kinds of goods, which you did not fill, and wells dug which you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant, and you shall eat and be satisfied
be on guard/shumar, lest you forget יהוה who brought you out of the land of Mitsrayim/Egypt, from the house of bondage.
“Fear יהוה your Allah and serve Him, and swear by His Name.ِسْمَعْ يَا إِسْرَائِيلُ: الرَّبُّ إِلهُنَا رَبٌّ وَاحِدٌ
فَتُحِبُّ الرَّبَّ إِلهَكَ مِنْ كُلِّ قَلبِكَ وَمِنْ كُلِّ نَفْسِكَ وَمِنْ كُلِّ قُوَّتِكَ
وَلتَكُنْ هَذِهِ الكَلِمَاتُ التِي أَنَا أُوصِيكَ بِهَا اليَوْمَ عَلى قَلبِكَ
وَقُصَّهَا عَلى أَوْلادِكَ وَتَكَلمْ بِهَا حِينَ تَجْلِسُ فِي بَيْتِكَ وَحِينَ تَمْشِي فِي الطَّرِيقِ وَحِينَ تَنَامُ وَحِينَ تَقُومُ
وَارْبُطْهَا عَلامَةً عَلى يَدِكَ وَلتَكُنْ عَصَائِبَ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْكَ
وَاكْتُبْهَا عَلى قَوَائِمِ أَبْوَابِ بَيْتِكَ وَعَلى أَبْوَابِكَ
وَمَتَى أَتَى بِكَ الرَّبُّ إِلهُكَ إِلى الأَرْضِ التِي حَلفَ لآِبَائِكَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ أَنْ يُعْطِيَكَ إِلى مُدُنٍ عَظِيمَةٍ جَيِّدَةٍ لمْ تَبْنِهَا
وَبُيُوتٍ مَمْلُوءَةٍ كُل خَيْرٍ لمْ تَمْلأْهَا وَآبَارٍ مَحْفُورَةٍ لمْ تَحْفُرْهَا وَكُرُومٍ وَزَيْتُونٍ لمْ تَغْرِسْهَا وَأَكَلتَ وَشَبِعْتَ
فَاحْتَرِزْ لِئَلا تَنْسَى الرَّبَّ الذِي أَخْرَجَكَ مِنْ أَرْضِ مِصْرَ مِنْ بَيْتِ العُبُودِيَّةِ
الرَّبَّ إِلهَكَ تَتَّقِي وَإِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُ وَبِاسْمِهِ تَحْلِفُThe 10 WORDS / HA עשר DEBARYIM

Shemoth 20:1 Way'daber Allah et kol-had'warim ha allah lemor. "The Mighty One spoke all these words, saying:"

1 Anochi YaHUaH Allah asher hotseticha me'eretz Mitsrayim mibeit awadim. "I am YaHUaH your Mighty One, who brought you out of the land of Mitsrayim, out of the house of slavery."

2 Lo yihyeh lecha allahyim acherim alpanai. "You have no other mighty ones against My face."

3 Lo ta'aseh-lecha fesel wechol-temunah asher bashamayim mima'al wa'sher ba'aretz mitachat wa-asher bamayim mitachat la'aretz. "You do not make for yourself a carved image or any likeness of that which is in the heavens (sky) above, or which is in the earth beneath, or which is in the waters under the earth;"

4 Lo-tsihtachaweh lahem welo ta'ovdem ki anochi YaHUaH Allah Al Kana poked awon awot al-banim al-shileshim we'al-ribe'im leson'ai. "you do not bow down to them nor serve them. For I YaHUaH your Mighty One, am a jealous Al, visiting the crookedness of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,"

5 We'oseh chesed la'alafim le'ohawai uleshomrei mitzwotai. "but showing kindness to thousands, to those who love Me and guard My commands."

6 Lo tisa et-shem-YaHUaH Allah lashav ki lo yenakeh YaHUaH et asher-yisa et-shmo lashaw. "You do not bring the Name of YaHUaH your Mighty One to naught, for YaHUaH does not leave the one unpunished who brings His Name to naught."

7 Zachor et-yom ha-Shabbath lekadsho. "Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart."

8 Sheshet yamim ta'awod we'asita cholmelachtecha. "Six days you labor and shall do your work,"

9 Weyom hashwi'i Shabbath l'YaHUaH Allah lo ta'aseh chol-melachah atah uwincha-uwitecha awdecha wa'amatcha uwehemtecha wegercha ashe bish'areicha. "but the Seventh day is a Sabbath of YaHUaH your Mighty One. You do not do any-work--you, nor your son, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates."

10 Ki sheshet-yamim asah YaHUaH et-hashamayim we'et-ha'aretz et hayam we'et-kol-asher-bam wayanach bayom hashwi'i al-ken berach YaHUaH et-yom haShabbath wayekadeshehu. "For in six days YaHUaH made the heavens (sky-space) and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the Seventh day. Therefore YaHUaH blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart."

11 Kawed et-awicha we'et imecha lema'an ya'arichun yameycha al ha'adamah ashe-YaHUaH Allah noten lach. "Respect your father and your mother, so that your days are prolonged upon the soil which YaHUaH your Mighty One is giving you."

12 Lotirtzach. Lo tin'af. Lotignow. Lo-ta'aneh were'acha ed shaker. "You do not murder. You do not commit adultery. You do not steal. You do not bear false witness against your neighbor."

13Lo tachmod beit re'echa. Lo tachmod eshet re'echa we'avodo wa'amato weshoro wachamoro wechol asher lere'echa. "You do not covet your neighbor's house; you do not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, or whatever belongs to your neighbor."
